We prohibit all forms of bribery and corruption, including the offering, giving, soliciting, or receiving of any bribe, kickback, or other improper payment or benefit. We do not tolerate any activity that may be perceived as an attempt to influence business decisions or gain an unfair advantage.

We conduct appropriate due diligence on all of our business partners, including customers, suppliers, agents, consultants, and other intermediaries, to ensure that they meet our anti-bribery and anti-corruption standards. We will not engage in any business relationship with any party that we believe may be involved in bribery or corruption.

We have strict policies and procedures in place regarding gifts and entertainment. We do not offer, give, solicit, or accept any gifts, hospitality, or entertainment that may be perceived as an attempt to influence business decisions or gain an unfair advantage.

We prohibit the making or accepting of any facilitation payments, which are small payments made to expedite routine government actions. We believe that facilitation payments are a form of bribery and corruption and we will not engage in any activity that may be perceived as such.

We are committed to creating a culture of openness and accountability, and we encourage all employees, officers, and directors of Global Rental Energy to report any suspected violations of our Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy or other policies. We will investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action to address them.
